Off-Shore - the cost for this type is computed similarly to international but is also affected to a greater degree by available lines to Alaska, Hawaii, P.R., and the Virgin Is.
International - the price for this type of long distance is affected by distance, routes available, competition, and taxes or tariffs by the receiving nation.
